LLendForma

Source, freshness, and confirmation

A useful value should explain where it came from.

LendForma uses provenance labels instead of vague “audit-stamped” claims. A source label improves traceability; it does not turn software output into assurance or a lender decision.

Recommended labels

  • Borrower entered.
  • Imported from accounting system.
  • Connected-source balance.
  • Extracted from document, borrower confirmed.
  • Reviewed by broker.
  • Manually adjusted, with the original retained.

Keep source and adjustment separate

Imported or connected values should retain provider, retrieval time, covered period, consent record, and report identifier where available. A borrower or broker adjustment belongs beside the source value, never invisibly on top of it.

Connected verification is a governed phase

Bank and accounting integrations should follow validation of the package workflow and a legal review of consent, retention, FCRA, GLBA, privacy, service-provider, and applicable licensing obligations.

Current product boundary

LendForma currently supports borrower-entered, user-confirmed, and controlled document-extraction provenance. It does not currently claim bank verification or continuous open-banking monitoring.
