Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of LendForma. By accessing the service, creating an account or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to them.
What LendForma provides
LendForma provides software for preparing personal financial statements and collecting, reconciling, reviewing and exporting borrower-provided application information. LendForma is not a bank, lender, loan broker, credit bureau, accounting firm, law firm or financial adviser. It does not underwrite credit, recommend approval, guarantee funding or guarantee that a lender will accept a package.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawful use of information entered into LendForma. Review all figures, details, calculations, disclosures, signatures and exported documents before submitting them to another person or institution. Demonstration data is illustrative only and should not be submitted as your information.
Accounts, workspaces and invitations
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. Keep access to your email or Google account secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Workspace managers are responsible for inviting only authorized participants, assigning appropriate roles and promptly revoking access that is no longer required. Invitation links must be shared only with the named recipient.
Paid plans
LendForma may offer a one-time purchase called Pro for personal-statement features and recurring Complete plans for collaborative application-package features. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms and included features are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payments and may provide receipts. Subscriptions continue until canceled and access may remain available through the paid period. Refund requests are reviewed case by case; applicable statutory rights are not limited. A refund, payment reversal, expiration or cancellation may end the related entitlement.
Borrower-prepared schedules, signatures and documents
Unless expressly identified otherwise, financial schedules are borrower-prepared and are not audited, reviewed or compiled financial statements. Signature tools are provided for convenience. You are responsible for source-document rights, every participant’s permission, identity verification, lender requirements and the accuracy and lawful submission of every exported package. LendForma does not certify a signature’s legal effect or a document’s authenticity.
Acceptable use
Do not use LendForma to violate law, impersonate another person, submit false information, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, distribute malware, probe security controls or process another person’s sensitive information without authorization.
Your content and our service
You retain ownership of the information and documents you create. You give LendForma the limited permission necessary to host, process, back up and export that content solely to operate and secure the service. LendForma and its software, design, branding and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Availability and changes
We work to keep LendForma reliable and secure, but the service may occasionally be unavailable or change. We may add, modify or retire features, suspend abusive activity, or restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or legal compliance.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, LendForma is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, lender acceptance or fitness for a particular financial or legal purpose. To the extent permitted by law, LendForma will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of opportunity, or decisions made using a statement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending use and changes to these Terms
You may stop using LendForma at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms, fraud, security risk or legal requirement. We may update these Terms and will post the revised version and effective date here. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
